The Department of Physics was established in 2008 and it offers basic physics courses for undergraduate Engineering programmes.

Objectives:

To impart theoretical and empirical understanding of the subject to the students.
To help students to utilize the Engineering Physics concepts for potential technological applications in their respective domain.
To promote research endeavors of the faculty for better understanding of newer materials with enhanced features.
